New Orleans Boulder Lounge (NOBL) is offering a full day of rock climbing, but instead of paying for a day pass, NOBL asks that guests make a donation to Vintage Garden Farms. An adult day pass costs $15, but on Tuesday, Nov. 17, that fee will be waived in lieu of a donation. All proceeds from the day will go to VGF.

NOBL opened in August 2015 and is the first and only climbing gym in the city in over 10 years. NOBL’s mission is to create an inclusive environment that fosters an active, healthy lifestyle and encourages personal and communal growth. For those wanting to rock climb, NOBL offers 2,500 square feet of climbing surface and offers everything from Rock Climbing 101 to private training.

VGF is a social enterprise of Arc of Greater New Orleans, a non-profit that serves those with intellectual disabilities. VGF is a fully functioning farm located in Chalmette that grows chemical-free, herbs and vegetables. VGF is looking to raise funds to expand its agricultural capacity as well as further its mission of employing more people with disabilities.
WHEN: Tuesday, Nov. 17 Noon – 10:00 p.m.
